Model Identification
The first dozen or so Vixen Series 1's were
in fact 1800S mk. IVs using MGB engines and will be ignored for the purposes
of this handbook. It must be remembered that the TVR marque is one which
has recieved enthusiastic modification by both its manufacturer and its
owners. Some vehicles were supplied as rolling chassis and the engines
fitted and subsequent modifications lead to confusion as to indentifying
your model.

a factory option. Should any confusion still exist and your vehicle registration
document not mention model type, reference should be made to the model
registrar of the TVR Car Club Ltd.
